It is time to sue every state that changed 2020 federal election law without state legislative approval in blatant contravention of the Constitution. Gov. Roy Cooper and AG Josh Stein with malicious intent, clearly acted without authority and must be held accountable to the full extent of the law.

If you reference the Texas lawsuit against other states, it was wrongly deemed by SCOTUS to be without standing. The difference here is within each state for that state's malfeasance and dereliction of duty. This has not yet been done for all offending states, especially those that went Trump as was the case for NC. I do recognize the rule of law is greatly imperiled at federal and state levels. Still, all venues to peaceful resolution must be exhausted before other means.
