@CathyC I've seen a small, portable one that is very mobile advertised....something like Inogen. I don't know if you need a doctor's recommendation or not, but I wonder if you have a prescription if insurance would pick up any of it. Also, I would think the tanks that you pull around on a cart would be less expensive if insurance doesn't help.
