@Goldenmain517 We still have no concrete answer on this. The only thing that makes sense to me is that the people would not believe him because...well...he's Orange Man Bad.
@Goldenmain517 I think because it would have caused another scandal. He had to go along with the mentally ill people in DC. It may have hurt him if he decides to run again. I would have done the same thing.
