Just got confirmation, decision has been made (actually long ago) to invoke the Insurrection Act. It will be done as soon as left-wing violence erupts after SCOTUS renders decision in favor of Trump, assuming SCOTUS follows the rule of law. Today's move by Alito, of the Dec. 9th deadline to Dec. 8th, regarding the PA constitutional case, indicates SCOTUS plans to embrace the case, with nationwide implications.
