We'll include the total yearly average Cyclone Power even though Tropical Storm Delta is still spinning.

We can see this year's average power is in the lower 25% of the statistical distribution; which to us means well below average.

Since 2017, both Hurricane and Cyclone Power has been in a steep decline and Hurricane Power has been below average since 2018.
