@Sharlee. ..no lie, my uncle had a similar card given by the Highway Patrol and actually used it when he was in a serious DUI accident...they let him go home on his own soon after. Corruption in the system is deep.

Called Bond cards. We used them in Oklahoma moving oil rigs. They didn't cover for DUI.
