Scripture says that our body is the temple of God (1 Co 3:16, 2 Co 6:16). This means you must have the ark, altar of incense, menorah etc inside of you! But to those who overcome, it’s been promised that they would be given the tablets, manna, rod, and a seat with Him on His throne (Rev 3:21, Rev 2:17, 27). So these things are not in a physical temple anymore, they are inside of us.

But what does it mean to overcome? John says that “whatever is born of God overcomes the world. ”When we are born again, we are born into another lifestyle of overcoming the flesh which is not only our natural/worldly desires but overcoming false teaching which unites itself with what’s in the world (Mat 24:24, 2 Pe 3:3).
