@freesteve With all of the information about healthy food out there these days, one has to wonder why people still eat all of the wrong things. We need much better education in the schools so that kids naturally won't opt for fries and a Big Mac. However, I think adult humans who go overboard with the smoothies, protein shakes, bananas, avocados etc. are also not eating very well. What is it with Americans? I lived in Europe for a very long time and there were two things we almost never saw - an obese person, or a drunk person. This was true of Belgium, and Germany at least.
