The Catholic school nurse told us that our gender is part of our destiny & that God wanted us to be the gender we were born with! Otherwise, you eat meat...and in a grid down situation, where you might not be able to get all the nutrients a body needs, it would be good to know how to process meat. Marjorie Wildcraft (at least in her Grow Your Own Groceries video) breaks their necks, quickly and efficiently. I guess that would be a better option than hoping you killed the animal with a blow to the head. I still don't know if I could do it, but it is good to know how.
