Sometimes it takes going through a challenging time to discover how important it is to nourish our bodies. For me, that was years of suffering from migraines triggered by food ingredients. Once I discovered what I shouldn’t eat, I wanted to know what foods could make me feel like a superwoman. As a creative toy inventor and product and packaging designer, I took my innovations to the most important room in my house, the kitchen. I've been on a mission for nutrition ever since.
