I met seven folks from Canada at a marina along the St. Lawrence River in American waters as they were refueling their boat. They said they were from the Ottawa / Kinston area. I engaged in small talk about life in Canada, to which the three adult females criticized the recent trucker strike in Ottawa with distain, referring to the truckers as "rednecks". Funny how it's these "rednecks" that are trying to save the liberties of all Canadians, yet the gravity of the event is shadowed by their individual bias.
Wonder if these same people will heed their Prime Minister's latest demand that 90% of Canadians be up to date with vaccine boosters?
