I'm an herb nerd. I grow roughly 60 species of medicinal herbs. I have crafted natural body care products for almost 15 years. I've practiced aromatherapy and herbalism for about 20 years. I am a chronic DIYer, I love making things. I follow a nature based spiritual path. I also love animals. I strive to live a regenerative lifestyle, instead of just sustaining, why not regenerate.
