So they knew about this back in Oct 2015 with their provisional (who's crystal ball?)
Final filing in Feb 2020 and gets approved July 2020 (why do mine take 2 years then?)

So their time machine says they need to develop something a few years early before it shows up in Dec 2020 ... really?????
