America is prophetic Zion, and the prophets reveal that in the end days the world is captive to Babylon, but here in Zion shall we be delivered. Zion is not that state of Israhell.

Rome was not the fourth kingdom. You are mistaking similitudes with the future event. Daniel explains it best when he (Daniel) asked the angel to interpret who or what was this 4th beast. Read all of Daniel 7 but especially the following...
"16 I came near unto one of them that stood by, and asked him the truth of all this. So he told me, and made me know the interpretation of the things.".......
"19 Then I would know the truth of the FOURTH BEAST, which was diverse from all the others, exceeding dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his nails of brass; which devoured, brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with his feet;
20 And of the ten horns that were in his head, and of the other which came up, and before whom three fell; even of that horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spoke very great things, whose look was more stout than his fellows.
21 I beheld, and the same horn made WAR with the SAINTS, and PREVAILED against them;
22 UNTIL the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom."
The ancient of days is Jesus Christ who gives the saints the possession of the kingdom forever. PLEASE KEEP reading Daniel 7 because it says He (Jesus) will share the kingdom with His saints forever, and ever. (verse 27). Jesus DID NOT RETURN DURING THE ROMAN KINGDOM.
How would this happen if the 4th beast kingdom is yet future???

Also, you are mistaking the ten horns for the 4th beast. They are part of the beast system BUT they are not the beast.
Read Daniel 7 carefully.
"23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the WHOLE EARTH, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
Rome never conquered the orient. For example, the Han Dynasty (China) was around during the Roman kingdom. They were never challenged nor defeated. Additionally, the use of the word 'WHOLE EARTH' is exactly what the book of Revelation says. "For ALL nations have drunk..." (Revelation 17:3 when referring to mystery Babylon and her fall)
24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
Notice that it starts with ten but 3 are subdued making 7 left. However, the little horn that subdued the 3 steps in and now we have 8 kings. This little horn is the eighth king not eighth beast. The name 'little horn' is what Daniel calls this king that subdues the 3. (again Daniel 7:8)
25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Final note, this eighth king is installed during the 4th beast system which hasn't happened yet.
