@Caligirl_Native This is not good news. As we have discovered they will be used to target conservatives and in a big way. This is not trivial as I read in another post the cost and time that an individual has to commit to address an audit can be overwhelming. Thousands of dollars and many many hours of your personal time.
... and the costt to small business owners to have their taxes done may be the final straw - -
AND - some CPAs may no longer do taxes unless charging 3-5 times as much - - to pay for the extra time they'll need to take for each client's taxes .
The CPAs have been put on notice, too. They realize the IRS could show up at their businesses to charge (arrest) them overr any small issue on the taxes they have completed.

@HealthRanger I could see this power outage happening (intentionally) during the dog days of summer, where more people will be outdoors and likely to wreak havoc in the streets/stores.
My solar panels/generator arrived this month. Had been delayed (due to supply chain issues) since September 2021. But i still, like Mike feel there are things i still need to do, to be extra prepared for something like "zero electricity" so I won't be forced to go out into the cities looking for food, etc.
@HealthRanger I have a question I had solar installed and a portion of what I generate is returned to my electric provider. Will that help my neighbors in a power down situation or will they be unable to provide electricity at all?
@HealthRanger if the grid goes, my upcoming 55th birthday will be my last...I've been a major prepper for over 16yrs, but have never figured out how to stockpile 1 life reliant med....
