SEED OILS? BEEF TALLOW? In my view as a published food scientist who owns a food science lab, I agree that seed oils are toxic, and I avoid them at all costs. But it also needs to be mentioned that beef tallow almost always contains trace levels of dioxins, as dioxin contamination affects ALL grasslands in North America, and dioxins bioaccumulate in fat tissue. Dioxins are extremely toxic at very low concentrations, so don't go insane swallowing beef tallow, either. Eating fresh fruit, medicinal herbs, greens and superfoods will help your body scrub out dioxins and heavy metals from your digestive tract, by the way. If you do eat beef tallow, be sure to eat FRESH FRUIT with it, with real fruit fiber like you find in oranges, apples, pears, grapefruit, etc.
