@HealthRanger Mike, you have revealed in your "sermons" that you do not understand salvation at all. It is by FAITH, NOT WORKS.
You also do not understand the substitutionary atonement of Jesus Christ on the cross for the sins of all of the people who believe in Him as their Savior. There is NOTHING THAT CAN BE EARNED by your "good" behavior here on earth.
It is humanly impossible to earn God's approval by thoughts or actions, so that should never be your motivation for doing good. Rather, such good deeds and thoughts and prayers come out of thanksgiving for an Almighty God who provided the gift of salvation to you by faith in the Son.
It was supposed to be YOU on that cross, not Jesus, paying for YOUR sins against God. Jesus took the punishment laid out by God for you on your behalf, even though Jesus did no wrong. He gladly laid down His life for yours as your substitute.
The offer of salvation by faith came to the people of the world THROUGH the Jews, for Jesus was a Jew. But it is an offer open to everyone who believes through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Almighty God the Son. You cannot just believe that Jesus was a good moral teacher or a messenger. Please take time to learn about true salvation so that you do not continue to lead others astray.
