fatty liver
J, fatty liver can be observed by palpation (physician) (essentially large tummy or unexpected large upper abdominal areas ). faty liver can be observed by ultrasound, fatty liver can be detected by blood markers ( ALT out of range). Not a sure answer, but if ALT is our of range, something may be going on in several organs maybe, but only a physician could evaluate this, In more serious cases, medications decrease liver insulin resistance, hyperlipidemia.D
