I mounted my 5G Mikrotik dish on my flagpole to test the connectivity of the node this evening. I'm still learning about Mesh Nodes, but I did connect to another node about 20 miles away. I have a chat client installed but I'm still familiarizing myself with this software. I'll be out this weekend doing additional testing. Hopefully I will be able to launch the chat software to send a message to someone. I'd like to get the email software and VOIP software installed too. I have my work cut out for me.

Perhaps I should have started sooner documenting this experience but I have been extremely sick. Today is day 10. This started with a sore throat, fatigue, runny nose, light fever, headache and body aches. I take vitamins and eat decently every day. Initially I went to my batch of CDS to treat and my sore throat went away. By day five I felt well enough to return to work. It was a very long day and I finished with a fever. By day six I was in the worst pain in my head and legs. I took nothing each day except some generic ibuprofen and acetaminophen to help me sleep both nights. I couldn't go back to work without a doctor's note so I went through urgent care. They were only good for the note. On day 6 while in tremendous pain, I cried out to God, knowing He hears me always. I was in tears from the pain.
