@Lionheart ...... Our military was using the Municipal Service Corporation for it's retirement... Military Industrial Complex....
They are in charge of the whole game and FEMA runs the "Service". The military is just as bad in its crimes against the civilians as was the Congress, Courts (Judges and Lawyers who are BAR), and Executive Branch Agencies.
