There is no slim chance whatsoever we will ever hear a thoughtful and intelligent speech like that from Brain-dead Biden.
Biden can't even read simplistic sentences from a teleprompter, or from his earpiece, without slurring and getting mixed up.
Biden's brain is so slow he can't even follow the instructions given through his earpiece.
Remember "Salute the Marines"? Biden's failing brain was still in speech-mode and he said "Salute the Marines" instead of doing it.
