The apostles knew the sacrificial system only “covered” sin. The sins were placed on a credit card. Jesus paid it off.

Acts is a record of transition.....from OT truth to NT truth. Sin now would be placed on debit card. Jesus’ atonement paid for all sin. Your Inheritance based on stewardship!

The apostles had to be taught by God about this new economy.
