Dear Lord, Heavenly Father, as we retire this evening, we pray for You to calm our thoughts, release our stress and remove our restlessness. Thank You for all the blessings in our lives, Your love, hope, our family, friends, and a secure future. We thank You for Your presence in our lives and we pray that You give us wisdom and courage to deal with all that comes our way tomorrow. Give us the inspiration to trust You with all our lives. May God's goodness moves us to respond to our world in hope rather than fear. May God's love for us fuel our love for others. Keep watch, dear Lord, with those who work, or watch, or weep this night, and give your angels charge over those who sleep. Tend the sick, Lord Christ, give rest to the weary, bless the dying, soothe the suffering, pity the afflicted, shield the joyous; and all for Your love’s sake. Through Jesus Christ, our Savior we pray, Amen
