@HealthRanger the power of the crowd is not understood or appreciated. Blaming the masses does not necessarily “break” the hysteria or the spell if the people still feel solidarity in their plight. I have described this entire episode as mass hysteria from the beginning but have also remained open to the possibility of bio-weapons and other layers. Mass hysteria and crowd dynamics is precisely why empathy is important, vs judgement.

@HealthRanger the psychiatric angle will virtually always label mass hysteria as an illness but it also has a good side it’s the engine of communication and of the social constructs of culture, itself. I believe it goes both ways. Think of the power of the placebo effect, for example, and then amplify that by way of mass delusion. You can see that mass hysteria/delusion CAN go both ways, just like any “weapon.”...

You need to avoid these people now,even though they are reinforcing their own stupidity,they are also rationalising contigency plans subliminally in their subconscience, they are used to being provided for you will be their first stop dont believe me?borrow something off them then try and give it back, they wont take it because that object is their symbolic key to gain access to your preperatory situation
