Getting word that the White House is going to deploy the military to take over the supply chain. FOOD RATIONING at retail stores will be implemented before Christmas. Purchase limits tied to some sort of ID requirement, perhaps biometric scanning. It's not clear yet how they will implement, but it's coming, Venezuela style.
