Based on referrals from you n other alternative media people, I put my trust in SAT123. They let me buy a $700 phone that has almost zero coverage in my northern State. I called customer service after failing to get a signal when I received it. SAT123 didn't say they'd sold me the wrong phone. They gave me a cock n bull story about simply gaining line of sight to the Southwest. I had a health emergency soon after that placed that phone in a closet for a year. After accruing several hundred minutes of talk time, I now have nothing but a very expensive paperweight 
This Sat phone is useless to me. They offered me a measley $200 credit for the still new phone, n nothing for my huge pile of minutes.
