UPDATE. It turns out the facility that rejected my ability to take a Covid test receives both state and federal funding.
So no— she had NO RIGHT to deny me a covid test when my taxes go toward her operations
This situation is currently being escalated to the HHS.

@Patriot_PDkhov - That's weird, first time I ever heard of someone being refused a covid test (unless it was a matter of "I won't pay for it"?). Generally they want to test EVERYBODY so they can get ALL of us' DNA onto their database and 'hopefully' get ALL of us infected with whatever's in those swabs in the process..
