... well now; Lots of things there don't add up.... people on floor were totally inert; no running/flopping around etc... most notable - no yelling/screaming... back of car was left open - changed arms and went back inside - firing outside at empty street.... not discounting event! - but....

Forgot to get back to you. You make good points. I will have to rewatch. I think outside he was shooting at passersby; those who were going to the Mosque. Ultimately it's hard to know. I need to watch some of the other videos where they're analyzing what happened.
