HOWEVER, I started picking up patterns, and believe that this "Live Feed" may in fact be a looped recording. You know, like in the movie "Speed" with Keanu Reeves. More info for anyone who still thinks the Inauguration actually took place live on Jan 20th. In the video, it was sunny, barely a cloud in the sky. I watched it happening "live" so I could look for weird things myself.
Inauguration Day weather history. Look scroll down to "Daily Obersvations" and look at the conditions at 11:52AM. None of it matches what they were broadcasting "Live".
