@KatieJo You have a beautiful GSD!! I like what you said. Yes they have a big heart, both physically and emotionally. Between you and me, I think GSD's are a 'real dog'. I like rescue dogs, because when you love them with leadership, they know the difference and give it back so much more.
We had initially said no to the idea of having our own chickens, but the fresh eggs from the neighbors changed our minds.
