@Ken_VWHealthCoaching We are not born with Pharma deficiencies which mask symptoms. Like your fuel gauge indicates a warning light or sound when you rig is going to be empty. If you remove that possibility you will still run out of fuel because you didn't have that warning light. Learn to listen to and know your body with various symptoms, so you can ferret out the root cause. As a female boomer I do not take, and will not take, any pharma drug.
Toni you are spot on. Knowing what to avoid is actually a bigger problem that figuring out what is best for you. I watched an interview just a little while ago with Paul Saladino. I love his saying. Don't let perfect get in the way of doing good. In this fallen world that has become a global community lies and poison are everywhere. Do the best you can and let God sort out the rest.
