RFK Jr. says environmental toxins — not genetics — are fueling the autism surge, accusing the CDC of cover-ups and pledging fast answers by September.
Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. took aim at the medical establishment during a press conference Wednesday. He made a bold accusation: environmental toxins are driving the explosion in autism rates, and federal agencies are covering it up.
Kennedy Jr. blamed the surge in autism on a range of environmental toxins and promised swift action to uncover the root causes. He specifically cited mold, pesticides, food chemicals, and pharmaceuticals as likely culprits. He even pointed to ultrasound scans as a possible factor, given their widespread use aligning with the rise in diagnoses.
He announced new research efforts to identify the exact agents behind the trend, and hopes to have answers by September of this year. 'We’re going to announce a series of new studies to identify precisely what the environmental toxins are that are causing it,' he said. 'This has not been done before. And we’re going to do it in a thorough and comprehensive way, and we’re gonna get back with an answer to the American people very, very quickly.’
Kennedy said autism was virtually unknown when he was young. He cited a rate of 1 in 10,000 in the 1980s compared to today’s 1 in 34. According to him, that jump cannot be explained by broader diagnostic criteria or improved detection alone. He accused the CDC of lying to the public and acting as a 'captured agency,' beholden to pharmaceutical companies and chemical manufacturers that exert massive influence over public health policy.

There's a theory that the Tariffs against China has more to do with not only bringing Manufacturing back to the US, but employing robots to do the work of cheap labor in China. This won't necessarily create jobs in the US, but signal the end of these jobs altogether for Americans. Robots, even if they cost 75k to 100K, work nonstop, take no breaks for food or the bathroom, or chit chat in the social breakroom, and can work 24x7 (three shifts), with no holidays or sick days. That's the equivalent of at least 5 or more people. Which translates to less than $20K or less for the 1st Year for each Robot, and significantly less the second year. And they likely would require little training, and make very little mistakes.
Why wouldn't this be attractive to corporations here. Who can benefit from such a situation that doesn't compromise Intellectual Property through theft with China?
@Lancelot ~ All we read about now is AI and robots can do this & AI and robots can do that. Then every once in a while the fake news puts out a headline like, "but the AI and robots wont take your job". At least some of us can see what's going on, I am feeling a little obsolete myself these days.
@Lancelot Technological advancement is exaggerated greatly in the case of robots, with DARPA creating CGI robot frauds to convince people they are far more advanced than they are, as one example. The industrial revolution of the 1800's was a time of change and many rebelled against the machine at that point, for example the “Luddites,” known for their violent resistance to changes in Britain’s textile industry. But with any new advancement there is an equal element of opportunity and change, unemployment is not a natural situation it is an engineered result of the usury system monopoly, instead of worrying about the busy jobs of the usury system disappearing, consider the opportunity of change, stop sleep walking through life and work to develop alternative social structures free of hierarchy and the five forms of usury, instead of suffering the dictates and abuses of the corpse of psychopathic insectoid society.
@Lancelot There's all kinds of crap out there these days, none of which is really true. I've been saying from the beginning that people should be very cautious of AI. Unless computers are thinking for themselves, there is someone programming AI. Who is it? I'd be cautious about touting the values of a system when we don't know who's programming it.
