Tell me if I’m missing something here. Re: The people stuck on the INTERNATIONAL Space Station.

It’s international. Other nations have had people there, or said they have. From a quick search:
280 individuals representing 23 countries and five International Partners have visited the International Space Station.

Sooooo, why are these people still stuck there? Why can’t another country help? Are really there? Why not NASA getting up there, why Musk? Why no one else or other country? Is it all a scam? Doesn’t make any sense.

It all seems very strange to me.
