Since it obviously isn't communication, what is the real primary function of 5G?

Since 1980, I and many hundreds, if not thousands of other radio and radar technicians, as well as engineers, have been warning about the undeniable dangers of EMF, well before 4G or even 3G was unleashed upon humanity. But of course, we were ignored, and then silenced. By the time devices called 5G were hastily deployed beginning around 2013, without any evidence, much less proof of safety, and in light of the unacceptably short range of the frequencies used, it became abundantly clear to me that these things were not designed for effective communication. No, they have some other primary function. If that primary function is not the intentional harm to all living things, that it obviously performs, then I shudder to think what that primary function is, since its secondary, or tertiary task is being performed so effectively. And although I can't prove it, I suspect that among its functions, 5G is used in weather manipulation, in concert with atmospheric heaters like HAARP, and direct atmospheric alteration by massive dispersion of innumerable toxic substances contained in whatever is being sprayed by the jet planes performing what is called Stratospheric Aerosol Injection.
