Something happened yesterday that still has me in knots. I got 3 jicamas from a local store. Cut one up and saw what looked like a dark sprout coming out, took my phone and zoomed in on it. I saw a LOT of black fibers that looked like the ones we've been seeing on masks and the fast food that Mike did the research on a while back. @HealthRanger can you please help? Zoom into the photos.
