My first Apple Jelly.
6# gayla apples on sale under $4
9 cups sugar (around 5# bag) $2.50 sure jell pectin.
(Would of been a lot easier to just buy the apple juice than to make it my self....made 15 half pints of jelly plus two large glasses of fresh home made apple juice to drink.
