Born/raised in Ventura, CA. Ventura Sr. High School grad 1964. Enlisted in USMC 7 Aug 64. Went to various Navy/Marine Corps training schools after basic combat training resulting in certified FAA Trainee Air Traffic Controller. Through the years I was qualified in Approach Control, RATTC, GCA, and Senior Control Tower operator and supervisor. After serving our country for 20 years I retired to USMC Inactive Reserve. In August 1994 received my 30-year retirement.
