@HealthRanger Great report Mike!! I suggest a minor mod to your suggestion to test the green new deal plan by implementing an energy blockade on a blue city. One week is not quite enough time to reveal all the wonderful benefits of the green new deal. I suggest increasing one week to one month. At the same time they could ship some illegals to the chosen test city to make it more fun.
