My approach has always been inspired by Kaoru Ishikawa and his groundbreaking fishbone protocol, applicable not only to QC but creative and scientific endeavors. I see a parallel between Ishikawa and the systems model. Dialectics is, in my view, a myopic and misleading misdirection and turns into a behavior modification and mind control paradigm.
