@NaturalNews they've been doing that for years. They do it on Amazon too as well as other sites. They'll put 5 star reviews on products they want you to buy (from their partners). They'll be listed first and then repeated numerous times as you scroll to see what else is out there. EBay does that too. All browsers work that way too. I don't trust anything online any more.
