Since 2020 I have not visited any META account, and do not care if they exist or not.

and I do not have a cell phone plan since 2020

And you know what,
I have gained a lot of time, to enjoy life and when I meet people face to face I am not interrupted by a device, the people that I chat with in real life get my full attention and I must admit.

I do not miss the devices constantly nagging me.

I have broken the dependence and no longer need a ego booster
