About 30 yrs ago I watched one of my coworkers trying several cleaning products on his super nasty blackened from dirt desk, & NOTHING worked!! Our supervisor came over & poured part of his Coke onto the desk, & said wait a few mins... I was horrified, & impressed, to watch 5-10 mins later that desk getting wiped clean.
