I hadn't heard this take so I thought I would share a moment of glee potential. Let's play the what if game!
What if BLM/Antifa made the mistake of setting up too early in DC and now are trapped. They would have concentrated their forces in a planned attack on the symbols of Trump support; perhaps a Proud Boy revenge fetish for motivation on their dirty minds.
