Having a tough time locating and creating in such a short time period a printable cheat sheet for emergency communications. Called local C.A.R.E.S chapter; strange response in IL that no testing services predicted all year & no help with docs. Does Brighteon have broadcast info 4 ham if/when disrupted while you pivot to a new IP?

Beyond frequencies and programming, looking for a simple one page, double sided guide for someone with little to no knowledge on use for emergency scenarios who are not licensed. Phonetic alph, how to transmit, what to say, what not to say, etiquette, Simplex mode, simplex setup w/ repeater, etc.
