An unconfirmed rumor, incoming now, says Trump signed the Insurrection Act order last night. NOT confirmed. BTW, once he signs it, it could theoretically be kept secret for many days, allowing military to prepare for deployment. However, my best guess is that Trump will wait until after the DNI report this Friday. But anything is possible at this point...
