Be warned there is a push for seed oils growing in our food supply. Google narrative is all saying that Canola oil is a good heart healthy oil and safe for cooking. Another product I found that now has canola oil in it is Costco’s Kirkland brand organic Oat milk. I won’t be buying this anymore.
