It is a militarized zone meant to protect against what happens after the inauguration. Two possibilities. Biden protecting against the american people after patriots start getting locked up, or protection from the deep state when arrests of traitors start happening. If not the later, why activate fema, declassify docs, put Chris Miller in, and all of the EOs?
