I think we all should do something for ourselves today, take a deep breath and do something positive for you. We are in such uncertain times at the moment, take nothing for granite. Take a break for a while today and do something you love that will recharge your soul. Who knows what tomorrow will bring, enjoy the present moment and what you have right now. The sun is out where I am, I am going to go take a walk on the beach and do some stress releasing grounding. What about you?

Hello everyone, just joined this morning. I am feeling like we are all participants in a version of the game of Survivor - everyone being watched and played, not knowing who is telling the truth, who you can trust, how it is all going to turn out in the end. Or, if the moves you have made and the bonds you have created are real or solid enough to win in the end. Who is going to stab you in the back? However this is not a game, which makes it very intense right now - so much at stake.
