@117 I think they are. I noticed they look different. Biden has more squinty eyes and a narrower face.

@117 they are definitely 2different people. The guy on the right has fuller features, wider set eyes, and bigger bone structure. Biden has finer bone structure and eyes closer together. Biden is the guy on the left.
