ABC report: https://t.co/Y5OAhXb7KP & AlJazeera footage:
“This was a mass Hannibal. Thousands of people in every type of vehicle, some with hostages” Colonel Erez said.
“28 fighter helicopters shot all of the ammunition in their bellies”
'This was a mass Hannibal'
In July, the Israeli newspaper Haaretz revealed commanders in the IDF gave the order to fire on troops who had been captured by Hams at three separate locations, explicitly referencing the Hannibal Directive.
One former Israeli officer, Air Force Colonel Nof Erez, told a Haaretz podcast the directive was not specifically ordered but was "apparently applied" by responding aircrews.
Panicked, operating without their normal command structure and unable to coordinate with ground forces, they fired on vehicles returning to Gaza, knowing they were likely carrying hostages.
"This was a mass Hannibal. It was tons and tons of openings in the fence, and thousands of people in every type of vehicle, some with hostages and some without," Colonel Erez said.
Air force pilots described to Yedioth Ahronot newspaper the firing of "tremendous" amounts of ammunition on October 7 at people attempting to cross the border between Gaza and Israel.

The controversial "Hannibal Directive", which Israel says isn't named for the famous Carthaginian general who took poison rather than be captured by the Romans, was reportedly enacted after the October…
t.coIDF reportedly used controversial ‘Hannibal Directive’ to kill Israelis during Hamas attack
The Israeli military reportedly resorted to a controversial Hannibal Directive, used by Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) to prevent the capture of Israeli citizens and soldiers by enemy forces, while repelling the October 7 Hamas attack, according to the Israeli publication, Haaretz.
The IDF made the decision to employ the Hannibal Directive at multiple sites in the early hours of the Hamas incursion in October 2023, as the documents obtained by Haaretz show.
At 6:43 am (GMT+2) on October 7, Gaza Division Commander Brigadier General Avi Rosenfeld set in motion a series of measures, including the shelling of Israeli citizens.
The Israeli media outlet claims that a directive, under the code: "Hannibal at Erez, dispatch a Zik" at 7:18 am meant that an unmanned assault drone was launched to prevent the capture of Israelis.
Another order "Not a single vehicle can return to Gaza" issued at 11:22 am reportedly envisaged the elimination of all vehicles, including those carrying kidnapped Israelis.
The newly obtained information seems to confirm earlier reports by alternative media sources, which had been dismissed and discredited by Tel Aviv.
Georgia’s USAID-Funded Media Network
Funding:
• USAID has poured over $10 million into Georgia’s media sector under the guise of “supporting independent journalism.” (in addition to millions elsewhere)
• Funded pro-opposition outlets like TV Pirveli, Mtavari Arkhi, and Formula TV, all known for pushing anti-government narratives.
• Worked with the NED and OSF (Soros) to train journalists and influence public discourse.
• USAID-backed programs like “Strengthening Democratic Resilience in Georgia” specifically targeted media control.
What they do:
Georgia’s so-called “independent” media is a direct extension of U.S. foreign policy, used to destabilize governments that refuse to align with Western interests. These outlets manufacture discontent, smear opposition to NATO, and promote U.S.-backed political candidates.
Major Exposures:
1. USAID’s Role in Georgia’s 2020 & 2024 Elections
• USAID funded election monitoring organizations that actively promoted anti-government narratives.
• In 2020, pro-Western NGOs falsely claimed mass electoral fraud to delegitimize the ruling Georgian Dream party.
• USAID ramped up media funding ahead of the 2024 elections to push a NATO-aligned candidate.
Rappler – Regime Change Tool in the Philippines
Funding:
• $2 million in grants from USAID and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
• Partnered with the U.S. State Department’s “democracy promotion” initiatives.
• Funded by Open Society Foundations (Soros) and Omidyar Network.
• Worked with the U.S. Embassy in Manila on “media training” programs for Philippine journalists.
What they do:
Rappler brands itself as the Philippines’ leading “independent” investigative news outlet, but in reality, it is a U.S.-funded disinformation operation designed to undermine sovereign governments that resist Washington’s influence.
Major Exposures:
1. USAID & NED’s Role
• USAID and NED poured millions into Rappler, labeling it a “democracy-building” effort.
• In 2016, as Rodrigo Duterte moved closer to China and rejected U.S. military influence, Rappler dramatically escalated anti-Duterte narratives.
• U.S. State Department officials confirmed that funding pro-Western media in the Philippines was a strategic priority.
2. Promoting U.S. Narratives on China & the South China Sea
• Rappler aggressively pushes U.S. foreign policy objectives in the South China Sea dispute, framing the Philippines as needing U.S. “protection.”
• Published dozens of pieces portraying China’s economic ties with Manila as a “national security threat.”
• Repeatedly downplays U.S. military expansion in the Philippines, despite widespread local opposition.
Radio Free Asia (RFA) – A US State Department Psyop in Asia
Funding:
• Fully funded by the US government through USAID and the US Agency for Global Media (USAGM)
• Receives over $43M annually to operate “independent journalism” projects in China, North Korea, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Cambodia
• Partners with National Endowment for Democracy (NED) and Open Society Foundations (Soros)
• Works closely with US intelligence-backed NGOs like Freedom House
What they do:
Radio Free Asia (RFA) claims to be an independent watchdog of human rights in Asia but is actually a CIA-era psychological warfare tool used to destabilize US adversaries
Major Exposures:
1. Cold War Origins – A US Government Propaganda Creation
• RFA was originally founded by the CIA in 1951 as part of Cold War psychological operations
• Its mission: Spread anti-communist propaganda in China, North Korea & Vietnam under the pretense of “independent journalism.”
• Despite claiming to be independent, RFA’s funding and editorial oversight come directly from the US government
2. Running Disinformation Campaigns Against China
• RFA is the leading media outlet spreading stories about China’s Xinjiang policies, often citing “anonymous sources.”
• In 2020, RFA published reports claiming “millions” of Uyghurs were in concentration camps—without verifiable evidence
• RFA amplified the “genocide” narrative in Xinjiang, despite leaked US government cables showing this claim was a “useful geopolitical weapon” against China
Moldova’s Media Network—USAID Interferes in Elections
Funding:
• USAID funds over 70% of Moldova’s independent media through grants and partnerships.
• Ziarul de Gardă (ZdG), TV8, and Newsmaker. md are among the key outlets propped up by USAID.
• Receives additional financial backing from NED and the European Endowment for Democracy (EED).
What they do:
Moldova’s so-called “independent” media outlets parrot pro-Western narratives, attack opposition leaders, and push NATO-aligned policies while receiving millions in U.S. funding.
Major Exposures:
1. USAID’s Control Over Moldova’s Media Space
• Since 2016, USAID has ramped up funding for Moldova’s media sector, funneling money into organizations that promote “democratic reforms.”
• Provides millions to TV8, a network run by former Radio Free Europe journalists to push Western talking points.
• Ziarul de Gardă (ZdG) heavily favors Moldova’s pro-EU government while smearing opposition parties that lean toward Russia.
2. Election Interference and Propping Up Maia Sandu
• During Moldova’s 2020 presidential election, USAID-backed media networks openly promoted Maia Sandu and attacked her opponent Igor Dodon.
• USAID funded “fact-checking” projects that labeled criticism of Sandu’s pro-NATO stance as “Russian propaganda.”
• USAID’s media investments increased by 30% following Sandu’s victory, further solidifying control over Moldova’s press.
Deutsche Welle (DW) – NATO’s State Media in Europe
Funding:
• Receives €390M annually from the German government, with direct input from the German Foreign Office.
• Funded by USAID and NED for “media training” in Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Africa.
• Partnered with the European Endowment for Democracy (EED), an EU version of NED that finances regime change ops.
• Received an undisclosed amount from the U.S. State Department for “anti-disinformation programs” in Ukraine and Georgia.
What they do:
Deutsche Welle (DW) pretends to be an independent German news outlet, but in reality, it serves as NATO’s media wing in Europe. It systematically pushes anti-Russian, anti-Chinese, and pro-Western narratives, while covering up NATO war crimes.
Major Exposures:
1. Promoting NATO Expansion and Smearing Neutral Countries
• Consistently attacks any European government that refuses to fully align with NATO.
• In 2022, ran multiple stories accusing Serbia’s neutrality of being “Russian influence,” despite Serbia’s policy of non-alignment.
• In 2023, ran an exposé on Hungary’s Viktor Orbán, claiming his opposition to NATO expansion was a “threat to democracy.”
Vice News – From “Counterculture” to a US State Department Mouthpiece
Funding:
• Received over $5M in USAID grants for media projects in Ukraine, Venezuela, and Hong Kong
• Partnered with National Endowment for Democracy (NED) & Open Society Foundations (Soros)
• Works directly with Bellingcat, a known Western intelligence cutout
• Signed multi-million dollar contract with UK Foreign Office in 2021 to “combat disinformation” in Eastern Europe
What they do:
Vice once marketed itself as an “anti-establishment” media company. Now, it’s a fully co-opted propaganda arm for US foreign policy, pushing regime change narratives under the guise of investigative journalism
Major Exposures:
1. USAID Funding for Pro-Opposition Coverage in Venezuela
• In 2017, produced a documentary on Venezuela’s crisis, portraying the Maduro government as a dictatorship while whitewashing the US-backed opposition
• Leaked USAID records confirm that Vice received funding to promote “democracy” in Venezuela—meaning regime change
• Ignored the effects of US sanctions, which caused severe food & medicine shortages
2. Whitewashing Neo-Nazis in Ukraine
• In 2014, was one of the 1st Western media outlets to normalize the Azov Nazi Battalion
• In their 2014 documentary, “The Russians Are Coming,” Vice glorified Azov fighters as “Ukraine’s last hope,” never mentioning their Nazi ideology
• In 2022, Vice ran a piece claiming “Azov Battalion has changed,” despite its continued use of Nazi symbols & rhetoric
BIRN (Balkan Investigative Reporting Network) – NATO’s Propaganda Machine in the Balkans
Funding:
• $7M+ from USAID, NED, and EU grants in the past decade
• UK Foreign Office & Open Society Foundations (Soros) sponsorships
• Directly collaborates with Western intelligence-linked think tanks
What they do:
BIRN claims to be an “independent investigative network” but functions as a NATO-backed tool for manipulating narratives in the Balkans, smearing Serbia, and pushing color revolution tactics. Its reporting aligns perfectly with U.S. and EU foreign policy objectives.
Major Exposures:
1. Targeting Serbia – A NATO-Backed Smear Campaign
• Since Serbia refused to sanction Russia, BIRN has significantly ramped up anti-Serbia propaganda, getting increased Western funding.
• In 2023, BIRN published over 50 articles smearing Vučić’s government, painting it as a Russian puppet while ignoring Western-backed corruption in Kosovo and Montenegro.
• Received €4M in EU grants specifically for “promoting European values” in Serbia—translation: pressuring Serbia into abandoning neutrality and embracing NATO.
Eurasianet – Washington’s Foot Soldier in Central Asia
Funding:
• $1M+ from USAID-backed grants ONE MILLION!!!
• Tied to Soros’ Open Society Foundations
• Partnered with Western NGOs promoting “democracy-building”
What they do:
Eurasianet poses as an “independent” news source covering Central Asia and the Caucasus, but in reality, it’s a soft-power tool used to undermine non-aligned governments and push U.S. influence in post-Soviet states.
Major Exposures:
1. Targeting Russia & China’s Influence in Central Asia
• Coverage aligns perfectly with U.S. State Department objectives—promoting anti-Russian and anti-Chinese narratives.
• In 2023, Eurasianet ran multiple stories claiming Russia was “losing influence” in Kazakhstan.
• Coincidence? That same year, USAID boosted funding for Kazakh NGOs working on “civil society initiatives.”
2. Undermining Non-Aligned Governments
• Targets Central Asian leaders who refuse to align with U.S. interests.
• Example: Published multiple reports trying to discredit Uzbekistan’s growing ties with China, framing them as a “debt trap.”
• Reality? Uzbekistan’s economy is thriving under its China partnership, while the West offers nothing but “democracy grants.”
3. Whitewashing U.S. Interference in Central Asia
• Ignores U.S. coup attempts and NGOs funding opposition groups in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia.
• Failed to report on USAID-backed protests in Kazakhstan in 2022, which had direct Western NGO involvement.
Kyiv Independent – NATO’s Propaganda Mazhine in Ukraine
Funding:
• $200K+ in direct USAID & NED grants
• Millions in funding from the Canadian, U.S., and UK governments
• Backed by Open Society Foundations (Soros)
• Launched in 2021 after its journalists were fired from Kyiv Post for being too anti-Russian
What they do:
Kyiv Independent is not a Ukrainian newspaper—it’s a NATO propaganda asset. Created just months before Russia’s military operation in 2022, it has served as a key disinformation hub for Western intelligence agencies.
Major Exposures:
1. Direct NATO Government Funding
• After just 5 months of existence, given $200K in USAID grants, later receiving millions from the Canadian and UK governments to push NATO narratives.
• Why would the U.S., UK, and Canada pour money into a “Ukrainian” media outlet unless it was a tool for Western interests?
2. Pushing Fake War Stories
• Kyiv Independent has been at the center of many debunked Ukraine war narratives that helped justify Western military aid.
• The Snake Island Hoax
• The Kramatorsk Train Station Attack
- Blamed Russia for a missile strike on a Ukrainian railway station.
- Forensic analysis later showed the missile was Ukrainian.
• “Russia is running out of missiles” - falsely claimed this at least 10 different times since 2022. Meanwhile, Russia’s missile production has increased.
Meduza – The U.S. Government’s Anti-Russia Mouthpiece
Funding:
• $250,000+ from USAID & NED in 2023 alone
• Direct grants from the US State Department & European governments
• Partnered with Open Society Foundations (Soros)
What they do:
Meduza claims to be an “independent Russian media” outlet, but in reality, it’s a Western-backed propaganda operation designed to destabilize Russia and push NATO’s narratives
Major Exposures:
1. Meduza’s Direct US Government Funding
• In 2023, leaked documents confirmed Meduza received funding from the U.S. government under the pretext of “supporting press freedom in Russia.”
• Despite claiming to be independent, Meduza’s financial reports show major funding from USAID, NED & European state-sponsored NGOs
• Russia officially labeled Meduza a “foreign agent” in 2021 after exposing its ties to Western intelligence cutouts
2. Pushing Fake News About Ukraine -A key amplifier of false claims about Russia’s military operations
• The Bucha Massacre Hoax
- Immediately blamed Russia for civilian deaths in Bucha before any investigation was conducted
- Western forensic reports later failed to prove Russian involvement, but Meduza never corrected its reporting
• The Snake Island Hoax
• Falsely reported that UAF soldiers were killed in a “heroic last stand” against Russian forces
• The truth? They surrendered unharmed and were later returned to Ukraine in a prisoner swap
• Meduza quietly removed the original article but never issued a retraction
Bellingcat – NATO’s Disinformation Machine
Funding:
• USAID & NED-backed grants
• Direct UK & Dutch government funding
• “Private donations” (heavily linked to Western intelligence networks)
What they do:
Bellingcat pretends to be a “neutral open-source investigation group,” but in reality, it’s a Western intelligence cutout tasked with spreading NATO propaganda, smearing U.S. adversaries, and justifying regime change.
EXPOSED:
1. 2018 Syrian “Chemical Attack” – Helping Justify Bombing Syria
• Pushed fake evidence claiming the Syrian government launched a chemical attack in Douma.
• Their so-called “analysis” was debunked by OPCW whistleblowers, who revealed that Western intelligence pressured OPCW to alter findings.
• Result? The U.S., UK, and France bombed Syria based on these lies.
2. MH17 (Malaysia Airlines Crash) – Fabricating Evidence Against Russia
• Led the campaign blaming Russia for shooting down Flight MH17, but their “proof” relied on doctored videos and manipulated sources.
• Deliberately Omitted Key Facts:
- Ukrainian air traffic control mysteriously deleted radar data before the crash.
- U.S. satellite evidence was never released despite claims they had “definitive proof.”
- Bellingcat’s main “source”? A Ukrainian SBU agent (Ukraine’s CIA equivalent).
Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL)
$129M+ annually from the U.S. government (via USAID & NED).
• In 2019, USAID gave $6M specifically to counter “Russian disinformation” in Central Asia.
• Receives funding via the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM), which is directly controlled by the U.S. government.
What they do: RFE/RL operates in former Soviet states, Iran, and China to push anti-government narratives under the guise of “independent journalism.” Its purpose is not journalism but to undermine governments opposed to U.S. foreign policy while ignoring corruption in pro-Western states.
Major Examples:
1. RFE/RL in Belarus (2020) – Supporting Regime Change
• Actively promoted opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya and framed the 2020 protests as a “democratic revolution.”
• Published over 1,200 articles and videos covering anti-Lukashenko protests while censoring any mention of foreign involvement.
• USAID-backed RFE journalists openly coordinated with Belarusian opposition Telegram channels like NEXTA, which helped organize protests.
2. RFE/RL in Russia
• Heavily promoted Alexei Navalny for years, presenting him as a legitimate opposition leader while ignoring his Western funding ties.
• Funded reports linking Putin to the so-called “Panama Papers” in 2016—despite U.S. allies like Ukraine’s Poroshenko appearing in the leaks.
• In 2021, RFE/RL refused to register as a “foreign agent” in Russia, despite being a U.S. government-funded entity.
OCCRP (Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project)
Funding:
• $5.5M+ from USAID & NED since 2016
• Direct funding from Open Society Foundations (George Soros)
• Partnered with U.S. State Department, UK Foreign Office, and EU-backed institutions
What they do:
OCCRP claims to investigate corruption worldwide, but their targets are overwhelmingly U.S. geopolitical rivals—while corruption in pro-NATO and U.S.-backed regimes is ignored.
Major Examples:
1. Targeting Serbia – 2020 Smear Campaign
• Ahead of Serbia’s 2020 elections, OCCRP ran a series of “investigations” into President Aleksandar Vučić, accusing him of corruption and ties to organized crime.
• Meanwhile, OCCRP ignored massive corruption in U.S.-allied Kosovo, where PM Albin Kurti was cracking down on opposition media.
2. Ukraine – Covering for Zelensky While Attacking Russia
• OCCRP played a key role in pushing anti-Russian narratives after 2014, linking Russian officials to financial scandals while shielding Ukraine’s U.S.-backed government.
• Exposed Russia’s “Laundromat” financial networks but failed to investigate how Western banks helped Ukraine launder billions in aid money.
• Panama Papers (2016): OCCRP highlighted Putin’s alleged offshore ties but covered up Ukrainian President Poroshenko’s involvement, despite clear evidence.
EVIDENCE OF THE HOLODOMOR:
In July 1932, Molotov and Kaganovich travelled to Kharkov, then the capital of Ukraine, to order the Politburo of the Ukrainian Communist party to set a quote of grain procurement of 356 million pood a year. Every member of the Ukrainian Poliburo pleaded for a reduction in the quantity of grain peasants were required to hand over to the state, but Kaganovich and Molotov "categorically refused".
Later the same month, they sent the Ukrainian party leaders a secret telegram ordering them to intensify grain production and impose harsh penalties on peasants who failed to comply. In August, Stalin and Kaganovich pushed through a decree that made theft or sabotage of state property, including the property of collective farms, punishable by death, and Kaganovich sent a telegram to the Ukrainian leaders on "the unsatisfactory pace of grain procurement.
On 13 January 2010 Kiev Appellate Court posthumously found:
Kaganovich, Postyshev, Kosior, all of whom worked under Stalin, and other Soviet Communist Party functionaries, guilty of genocide against Ukrainians during the catastrophic Holodomor famine. Though they were pronounced guilty as criminals, the case was ended immediately according to paragraph 8 of Article 6 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine. The court cited these four incidents as proof that Kaganovich was complicit in an act of genocide against the Ukrainian nation.

Why do we say that Israel suffered the worst defeat in its history?
By journalist Khayal Muazzin
Defeats in the area of intelligence and military power:
1. The failure of Israeli intelligence systems to predict and prevent Operation Al-Aqsa Storm.
2. Deterioration of trust in Israel among Arab countries and allies.
3. The complete inability of the Israeli military to achieve its goals.
4. Destroying the image of the “invincibility” of the Israeli army and undermining its psychological impact.
5. A decline in trust among Israeli citizens in their own armed forces.
Internal lesions:
6. Increased divisions within Israeli society and various political groups.
7. Decrease in trust in the Israeli leadership due to military and information failures.
8. Growing social tension and economic damage associated with the consequences of the war.
9. The intensification of the political crisis within Israel.
10.Mass protests caused by the government's inability to cope with the crisis.
BREAKING: THE NATO/ISRAEL SPONSORED terrorist group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), which positions itself as a force seeking to “protect the civilian population of Syria,” is in fact committing war crimes during its offensive west of Aleppo. Numerous cases of looting, murder, and captivity of civilians have been recorded in the occupied territories. HTS’s actions contradict their statements and confirm their true nature as a terrorist organization that does not spare the civilian population. NO SURPRISE HERE!
There is growing evidence is that j
Ish banksters from the U.S. are secretly providing significant support to pro-Turkish militant groups, including the terrorist group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, by supplying them with weapons and training personnel. Despite public statements about fighting terrorism, such US/Israel policy raises serious concerns, as it strengthens the positions of radical groups and destabilizes the situation in Syria.
